BFF is about to update…

oh my so I’m looking for stuff for my portfolio in my files and I found this super old drawing from like December? This was originally going to be my x-mas/new years drawing but there were so many things bothering me about it at the time… but now it looks OK so here it is I guess!

these results are certainly interesting…

Sorry I’ve been scarce, I’ve been working on a few big projects for school. I saw some cool watercolor art on my dash before and I quickly wanted to try and copy the effect digitally…

Vii asked me to draw the characters as kids so I started off with father & son things for some reason? do you guys care if I talk about my characters I’m gonna talk about my characters

With Teddy and his dad, after a few failed attempts at connecting Dr.Bijapur was just kind of like “ok do whatever you want have fun”. Even though he has kind of a scholarly job I don’t imagine Dr.Bijapur really nerdy, I think he was just pushed into an academic/slightly medical field by his parents and took up psychology because he likes to mess with people. Both Dr.Bijapurs are kind of free spirited and “whatever” people. Which doesn’t really mesh with by-the-books, rule-loving Teddy.

Louis’ dad is like a polished metropolitan type who was always Too Cool to Parent and Louis was (is) a huge brat. I think Louis’ mom lost interest in his dad because he was more interested in work and designer suits than other human beings.

Weirdly enough I think John and his dad are the closest of dads/sons, but in a totally  ”lets never talk about our feelings PS my love for you is dependent on your interest in football” way…

All three of these guys are from “old money” families, none of them made their wealth on their own.

I think I want to draw a mini comic of something like this. Spring break is so close and I hope I’ll have some time to draw during it!

Louis would just constantly steal and wear John’s stuff to piss him off

I just wanted to thank everybody for following me - recently I reached 1,500 followers and that’s just crazy! You’ve all been so sweet lately, I’m really happy about everything in general. I’m so bad at writing this sort of thing so I’ll cut it short, just… thank you!
